Erika’s easy Japanese recipe part2 Jinger -Pork/Chicken/Beef なんでも生姜焼き

Syouga-yaki

(two servings)

•your favorite meat 1 pack : cut to half inch

•1/3 of carrot : sliced

•onion: cut to half inch

(marinate sauce )

•ginger : shred 1 inch x 1 inch big

•soy sauce : 3Tbsp
•mirin : 3Tbsp

•water: 1cup

•sugar : 1 tsp

•ketchup :1 tsp

•salt : 1 pinch

•sugar :1 Tbsp

•dashi : 3Tbsp

•green onion : for color

•vegetable oil or olive oil : 2 tsp


  1. Cutting vegetables and meat.

  2. Mixing the marinate sauce.

  3. Marinate at least for 15 min.

  4. Add 2 tsp of vegetable or olive oil to the heated pan.

  5. Take out carrot from the marinate sauce, and toss in the pan to cook.

  6. 1 min later cook onion from the marinate source. And cook 1 min.

  7. Toss marinated meat and sauce to the pan.

  8. Cook with medium heat until simmer and well cooked.

  9. Enjoy!!
